We have developed our own unique approach to teaching which is proven to get great results. Our lessons follow the National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) as set out by Swim England (Formerly the ASA). The NPTS allows swimmers to progress through seven different stages awarding swimmers for their achievements whilst taking them from first splash to full competence.
