Suzi Chaemchaeng

Suzi started the Motherhood Rebellion to challenge the narrative of self care being extra activities ‘to do’. That the foundation of self-care is valuing and prioritising ourselves, even with limited time.
Suzi is a qualified personal trainer, massage therapist and yoga teacher. She writes for various online health websites and parenting magazines. Through challenges in motherhood, she has found the importance of self care and self acceptance, she coaches other mothers to prioritise themselves, their needs and start accepting their bodies.
Suzi runs an online membership that includes group coaching sessions, yoga, meditation, and training. She holds a women's circle once a month with her growing community. With many exciting projects to come that include an online course 'No Care to Self Care' and E Book with 30 days of self care 'Making Time for Me'.
